Nicoles Android App Recommendations
A list of useful Android apps that I might forget to update at some point. Some of them use F-Droid, an alternative app store for Android that offers free open-source applications (Free Open Source Software (FOSS)).
App Recommendations
- Flora incognita - A free app that uses AI to identify plants based on photos taken by the user.
- DAVx - An app that enables synchronization with CalDAV and WebDAV.
- Etar - An open-source calendar that, in my opinion, is even better than Google Calendar. It’s also available in the F-Droid app store.
- Simple Contacts - An open-source contacts app as an alternative to Google Contacts, for example. It’s also available in the F-Droid app store.
- Simple Keyboard - An open-source alternative to the pre-installed keyboard. Also available in the F-Droid App Store.
